Customer Engagement Tech

Hi everyone! I work in the Customer engagement department. My job is to interact with our dealership’s customers, informing them about the maintenance plan that they have. Often times, I am reminding people who have completely forgotten about their services and are nearing their expiration. Its nice to know that I am providing these customers with news they would like to hear! These calls are also about informing customers about the website and app that allows them to stay engaged and informed about their maintenance plan in a more convenient way. For me, this is rewarding, especially when I get the opportunity to lighten the load off of someone who may be struggling financially and needed to service their vehicle and did not realize they already have some of their basic maintenance covered. On my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
